铁路路基压实质量连续检测指标的相关性及影响因素 被引量:2

Correlation and Influencing Factors of Continuous Test Indexes of Subgrade Compaction Quality

摘要 依托兰张(兰州—张掖)铁路施工段开展现场试验,对路基压实质量检测指标之间的相关性及影响因素进行分析,研究了激振力、碾压速度对压实计值(CMV)变异系数的影响;基于回归分析得到CMV与动态变形模量E、土体刚度G、压实度K等压实质量检测指标之间的相关系数,并比较了不同压实工艺对CMV相关性校验的影响。结果表明:激振力引起的CMV变异系数偏差为6.74%~7.39%,碾压速度引起的偏差为1.46%~2.11%,激振力对CMV稳定性影响更大;激振力对CMV相关性校验影响显著,而碾压速度和碾压遍数对其影响较弱;鉴于CMV和Evd检测的便利性及两者之间良好的相关性,进行路基压实质量连续检测时宜采用CMV连续检测为主、传统E检测为辅的方法,并在连续压实控制中尽量保持激振力稳定。 Based on the field test carried out in the construction section of Lanzhou-Zhangye Railway,the correlation between subgrade compaction quality inspection indexes and the influencing factors were analyzed,and the influence of excitation force and rolling speed on the variation coefficient of compaction meter value(CMV)was studied. Based on the regression analysis,the correlation coefficient between the CMV and the dynamic deformation modulus,soil stiffness,compactness and other compaction quality inspection indexes were obtained,and the influence of different compaction processes on the correlation verification of CMV was compared. The results show that the deviation of variation coefficient of CMV caused by exciting force is 6.74% ~ 7.39%,and the deviation caused by rolling speed is1.46% ~ 2.11%. The exciting force has greater influence on the stability of CMV. The exciting force has a significant influence on the correlation check of CMV,while the rolling speed and rolling times have a weak influence. In view of the convenience and good correlation between the CMV and dynamic deformation modulus detection,the continuous detection of subgrade compaction quality should be mainly based on the continuous detection of CMV,supplemented by the traditional dynamic deformation modulus detection,and the excitation force should be as stable as possible in the continuous compaction control.
