摘要 针对CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道道床混凝土施工时,浇筑及振捣作业施工效率低、施工质量不高等问题,提出相匹配的机械化浇筑和振捣方案,并设计了一种施工装备,以实现道床断面匹配式连续浇筑及道床混凝土逐断面式连续振捣,有效保证道床混凝土的均匀浇筑,避免漏振和过振等问题。施工装备可有效提高混凝土施工效率、降低人工作业强度、减少人为因素影响,对于解决CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道道床板开裂及冻害问题有重要作用。 Aiming at the problems of low construction efficiency and low construction quality of pouring and vibrating operations during the construction of CRTSⅠdouble block ballastless track bed concrete.The matching mechanized pouring and vibrating scheme was proposed,and a construction equipment was designed to realize the matching continuous pouring of the track bed section and the continuous vibrating of the track bed concrete section by section,which could effectively ensure the uniform pouring of the ballast bed concrete,and avoid problems such as missing vibration and excessive vibration.The construction equipment could effectively improve the concrete construction efficiency,reduce the intensity of manual work,and reduce the impact of human factors,which has an important effect on solving the problems of cracking and frost damage of CRTSⅠdouble block ballastless track bed slab.
