不均匀正应力下节段预制桥梁胶接缝的抗剪性能 被引量:3

Shear Behavior of Epoxy Resin Joint in Precast Concrete Segmental Bridge Under Non-uniform Normal Stress

摘要 节段预制拼装桥梁节段间接缝位置的正应力对抗剪性能具有重要影响,但现有研究大多假设正应力沿高度方向均匀分布,这与实际状态不符。本文对节段预制拼装桥梁接缝的受力与变形开展试验研究并进行有限元模拟,结果显示有限元计算所得极限承载力、荷载-相对滑移曲线、裂缝开展情况均与试验结果吻合良好。在控制总水平力大小相等的情况下,采用校验的有限元模型进一步研究不均匀正应力对节段预制桥梁胶接缝抗剪性能的影响。结果表明:在竖向荷载较小时,正应力较小的位置主拉应力较大并首先出现裂缝;随着荷载的增加,不同试件主拉应力的大小、分布形态逐渐趋于一致;裂缝出现以后,试件上的应力会发生重分布,因此在保持总水平力不变的情况下,不均匀正应力对试件的极限承载力影响不大。 The normal stress at the joints between segments of precast concrete segmental bridges has an important influence on the shear behavior.However,most existing studies assume that the normal stress is uniformly distributed along the height direction,which is inconsistent with the actual state.In this paper,the stress and deformation of the joints of precast concrete segmental bridges were tested and simulated by finite element method.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity,load-relative displacement curve and crack development obtained by finite element calculation are in good agreement with the test results.Under the condition that the total horizontal force is controlled to be equal,the verified finite element model is used to further study the influence of non-uniform normal stress on the shear behavior of epoxy resin joints of precast concrete segmental bridge.The results show that when the vertical load is small,the principal tensile stress is large at the position where the normal stress is small,and cracks appear first.With the increase of load,the magnitude and distribution of the principal tensile stress of different specimens tend to be consistent.After the crack appears,the stress on the specimen will be redistributed,so the non-uniform normal stress has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen while keeping the total horizontal force unchanged.
