摘要
为保护环境和节约资源,以稻壳灰替代水泥稳定碎石混合料中的部分水泥,并通过强度及耐久性试验探究不同替代率下水泥稻壳灰稳定碎石混合料性能。结果表明:稻壳灰替代率增加虽在一定程度上削弱了混合料的强度、抗冻性能及抗温缩性能,但在适当替代率下影响可控;替代率20%时混合料7 d无侧限抗压强度为4.22 MPa,替代率40%时90 d弯拉强度及90 d抗压回弹模量满足规范要求;替代率60%时残留抗压强度比为68.5%,替代率20%时有利于抗干缩,但替代率继续增加对抗干缩性能、抗温缩性能均不利。研究结果可为路用基层材料的替代使用提供参考。
In order to protect the environment and save resources,rice husk ash is used to replace part of the cement in cement stabilized macadam mixture,and the property of cement-rice husk ash stabilized macadam mixture under different replacement rates was explored through strength and durability tests. The results show that increasing the replacement rate of rice husk ash will weaken the strength,frost resistance and temperature shrinkage resistance of the mixture to a certain extent,but the influence can be controlled under the appropriate replacement rate. When the replacement rate is 20%,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of the mixture is 4.22 MPa,and when the replacement rate is 40%,the 90 d flexural tensile strength and 90 d compressive modulus of resilience meet the specification requirements. When the replacement rate is 60%,the residual compressive strength ratio is 68.5%,and when the replacement rate is 20%,it is beneficial to the dry shrinkage resistance,but if the replacement rate continues to increase,it is unfavorable to the dry shrinkage resistance and temperature shrinkage resistance. The research results can provide reference for the alternative use of road base materials.
