摘要
测定了民族药锅铲叶中K、Ca、Cu、Fe、Mn、Al、Zn、Ni、Pb、Cd、Cr等11种矿物元素的含量。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定样品中K、Ca、Cu、Fe、Mn、Al、Zn、Ni等8种矿物元素的含量;采用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)测定样品中Pb、Cd、Cr等3种矿物元素的含量。测得的锅铲叶中11种矿物元素的含量高低依次为Ca>K>Al>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr>Pb>Cd。其中,Ca的含量最高,为18437.1 mg/kg;Cd含量最低,为0.29 mg/kg;不同矿物元素间含量存在较大差异。民族药锅铲叶中含有多种对人体有益的矿物元素,提示了其潜在的药用及科研价值。
To determine the contents of 11 mineral elements K,Ca,Cu,Fe,Mn,Al,Zn,Ni,Pb,Cd,Cr in Herb of Wilson Passionflower,an ethnic medicine.The contents of K,Ca,Cu,Fe,Mn,Al,Zn and Ni were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)was used to determine the contents of Pb,Cd and Cr in the samples.The contents of 11 mineral elements are in the order of Ca>K>Al>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr>Pb>Cd,and the highest and lowest levels were respectively 18437.1 mg/kg(Ca)and 0.29 mg/kg(Cd),appearing great differences among 11 determined elements.There are several health-beneficial minerals in Herb of Wilson Passionflower,suggesting its potential medicinal and scientific value.
