浅析碳纤复合材料泵在硫酸磷酸装置的应用前景

摘要 硫磷化工装置的最大特点是高温、高酸和高固并存,装置用泵既有腐蚀,又有磨蚀。不论双相不锈钢、纯铁素体不锈钢泵,还是耐磨高铬合金泵的寿命都很难超过半年,给装置的长周期稳定运行带来很大困扰。新型碳纤复合材料泵具耐高温腐蚀和抗磨抗热震,在多套硫磷化工装置中,寿命数倍于合金泵,运用前景可期。 The greatest feature of the sulfur phosphorus chemical plant is the coexistence of high temperature,high acid and high solid.The pump used in the plant has both corrosion and abrasion.The service life of duplex stainless steel,pure ferritic stainless steel pump and wear-resistant high chromium alloy pump is difficult to exceed half a year,which brings great trouble to the long-term stable operation of the device.The new carbon fiber composite pump has high temperature corrosion resistance,wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.Its service life is several times longer than that of alloy pump in multiple sulfur and phosphorus chemical plants,and its application prospect is promising.
