摘要
研究和开发设计了一种便携式加压喷雾装置的新型气雾剂阀门。该装置中的推进剂是一种安全气体(压缩气体),而不是挥发性有机化合物或温室气体。新的设计采用了一个松散的球形活塞元件和一个同心外壳,以及一个可移动的阀杆;当阀杆被抑制或释放时,不同元件之间的液体流动路径按照正确的时间顺序自动关闭和打开。喷射数据显示,在整个设备的使用寿命内,每脉冲喷射的液体具有良好的可重复性,并且液滴大小可用于空气清新剂和鼻用喷雾剂等设备。与液化气计量阀门相比,该阀门只有一个额外的组件,可以直接注塑成型。
This paper studies and develops the design of a new aerosol valve for a portable pressurized spray device.The propellant in the device is a safe gas(so-called compressed gas)rather than a volatile organic compound or greenhouse gas.The new design uses a loose spherical piston element with a concentric housing and a movable stem that automatically closes and opens the liquid flow paths between the different elements in the correct chronological order when the stem is suppressed and released.The injection data show that the fluid sprayed per pulse has good repeatability over the life of the equipment,and the droplet size can be used in equipment such as air fresheners and nasal sprays.Compared to the LPG metering valve,the valve has only one additional component and can be directly injection molded.
