摘要
根据企业发展需要,将材料专业实践教学与科学研究、成果转化和挂职锻炼经验相融合,通过将部分项目成果、技术成果、挂职锻炼经验与实践教学计划和方案的有效结合,使实践教学内容更贴近企业实际生产,有效增强学生实践、创新能力及工作适应能力,利于学生实现从科学知识型向科学知识实用技能型的转变。
According to the needs of enterprise development,the practical teaching of materials specialty was integrated with scientific research,achievement transformation and temporary training experience.Through the effective combination of some project achievements,technical achievements,temporary training experience and practical teaching plan and scheme,the practical teaching content could be closer to the actual production of enterprises.Students practice,innovation ability and work adaptability were effectively enhanced.It was helpful for students to realize the transformation from scientific knowledge type to scientific knowledge practical skill type.
