摘要
为了培养更多的创新创业人才,广东轻工职业技术学院环保专业探索了“三维递进”培养大学生创新创业能力的人才培养模式,即:①“第一维度”技工人才培养,已有成熟经验。②“第二维度”应用研发型人才培养:探索“校企共建双主体育人”新型现代学徒制培养模式;创新校企合作办学体制;改革专业建设和课程;精准对接企业需求指导学生社会实践。③以应用研发型人才为桥梁,过渡到“第三维度”的创新创业人才培养:通过完善学科交叉和专业跨界的人才培养方案;搭建创新创业实践平台;指导学生项目化运营,挖掘客户痛点,把市场需求和环保科技深度融合,提出“解决方案的假设”,通过创业实践,在市场中验证假设,探索商业模式。通过“三维递进”人才培养模式优化教育教学体系,提升人才培养质量,提高创新创业大赛和技能大赛的时效性,成功孵化出学生为企业法人的环保公司,为促进社会发展提供优质的人才资源保障。
To explore how to train more students with innovative and entrepreneurial capacity,the major has explored a“three-dimensional progressive mode of talent training”for chinese higher vocational colleges.First,there are mature experiences in training skilled technicians.Second,Research and Development(R&D)educational programs could provide applied experiences such as exploring modern apprenticeship relationship between college and enterprise;college and enterprise co-design training programs and curriculum;school and enterprise cooperatively manage those programs;and student s internship should meet the needs of enterprises and the market.Third,the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents should transit from the R&D stage to the third dimension,through perfecting the interdisciplinary and disciplinary talent training scheme,building platform for innovative and entrepreneurial practice,guiding students through operating real projects.To do so,training of students meet not only the needs of enterprises,but also that of the market.Moreover,training programs should allow students to excavate customers pain point by themselves,discover the market demands,deeply integrate those demands with the development of environmental protection technology and propose hypothetical solutions,and then verify“hypothesis”in the market and entrepreneurial practices,in which way they could explore different business models.The“three-dimensional progressive training mode”is to optimize the education and teaching system,improve the quality of talent training,improve the timeliness of innovative and entrepreneurial competition,and eventually incubate successfully students as corporates for environmental protection companies,to promote social development and to guarantee high-quality talent resources.
