基于灰色层次分析法的边海防部队机步营作战能力评估

Evaluation of Operational Capability of Aircraft Battalion of Border and Coastal Defense Force Based on Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process

为分析边海防部队机步营的作战能力,本文运用灰色层次分析法对作战能力进行评估。从情报侦察能力、指挥控制能力、机动突击能力、火力打击能力、整体抗击能力、综合保障能力、多维防护能力七个方面对边海防部队机步营作战能力进行评估,建立评价指标体系,根据实际中对相关数据的统计结果,采用专家打分法,对各评估指标的实测值进行归一化处理,评估出海防营的作战能力强弱,同时提出机步营建设和作战的意见建议,对边海防部队机步营建设有很好的借鉴作用。

In order to analyze the operational capability of the aircraft battalion of the border and coastal defense forces,the grey analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the operational capability. From intelligence reconnaissance,command and control,mobile assault,fire fighting,the overall combat capability,multi-dimensional comprehensive support capability,protection of coastal defense forces infantry battalion seven aspects to evaluate operational capability,evaluation index system is set up,according to the statistical results of relevant data,expert scoring method is used,the measured values of evaluation indexes are normalized. At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions on the construction and operation of coastal defense battalions,which has a good reference for the construction of coastal defense battalions.
