摘要
鉴于装备保障能力评估涉及指标复杂、考察因素众多的特点,运用层次分析方法的相关理论构建陆军综合训练基地装备保障能力评估的指标体系,并确定各级评估指标权重,然后结合运用模糊综合评判法对综合训练基地装备保障能力进行验证评估,证明了模型便捷有效,为陆军综合训练基地探索装备保障建设提供了新方法。
In view of the characteristics of complex indexes and numerous factors involved in the evaluation of equipment support capability,the evaluation index system of the equipment support capability of the army comprehensive training base is constructed by using the relevant theories of the analytic hierarchy process.The weights of evaluation indexes at all levels are determined,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify and evaluate the equipment support ability of comprehensive training base.It proves that the model is convenient and effective,and provides a new method for the army comprehensive training base to explore equipment support construction.
