基于多元状态估计的旋转设备早期故障监测方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对旋转机械早期故障特征提取困难、多元状态估计技术矩阵运算效率低、建模鲁棒性差的问题,研究小波包变换、多元状态参数估计和bagging算法等技术,构建基于振动、温度、流量和压力等参数的旋转设备早期故障监测方法。应用三门核电厂用水泵的实测数据对构建的故障监测方法进行验证,结果表明,旋转设备早期故障监测模型在故障特征提取、计算时间和建模精度等方面均具有明显优势,并能够检测出设备的早期故障,实现早期预警,有效地降低误报率。
