摘要
为提高煤制甲醇装置的先进控制和优化水平,对水煤浆气化炉、水煤气变换、甲醇合成工段进行在线闭环优化建设,优化的目标主要是经济效益最大化。为了验证考核标定效果,组织了内部标定审核,通过多次项目标定,充分验证了实时优化系统在煤制甲醇装置中的可行性。
In order to improve and optimize the automatic control of coal-to-methanol plant,the on-line closed loop optimization(RTO)construction was carried out for the coal water slurry gasifier,water gas shift,and methanol synthesis section.The target is mainly to maximize economic benefits.In order to verify the effectiveness of the assessment and calibration,an internal calibration audit was organized.Through multiple project calibrations,the feasibility of the real-time optimization system in the coal-to-methanol plant has been fully verified.
