摘要
分析气化变换工段阻力升高的原因,认为入炉煤煤粉含量高和变换洗涤分离器效率低、煤粉和焦油长期大量夹带堵塞变换炉是主要原因。通过控制入炉煤煤粉量、对变换洗涤分离器进行改造,有效地降低了煤粉、焦油对变换工段的夹带堵塞,实现装置稳定运行。
The main reasons of high resistance in the shift unit in coal gasification plant via analysis were reckoned as high coal powder content in the feedstock into the gasifier,low efficiency of scrubbing separator in the shift unit,and large amount of entrainment of coal powder and the coke into the converter during a long term.The reformation was carried out by controlling the coal powder into the gasifier and by modifying the separator in the shift unit,which efficiently released the entrained blocking,and achieved the stable operation of the plant.
