Elements to impact on the safety and stable operation of air separation unit were analyzed.The trip of the booster,entrained water in molecular sieve and the partial flash explosion in liquefied oxygen pump were reckoned to be the main reasons.The related measures were taken to enhance the safety operation of the air separation unit.
