Determination of Effective Components in Oleanolic Acid Adhesive Capsules by UFLC

建立超快速液相色谱法(UFLC)测定齐墩果酸粘附制剂中齐墩果酸有效成分的含量。应用UFLC法,色谱条件:Onyx Monolithic C18柱(100mm×4.6mm),以乙腈∶0.5%冰醋酸(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。齐墩果酸在1~45μg/mL范围之内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),加样回收率在98.64%~100.64%之间(n=9),RSD <2%。分析测试方法时间短、灵敏、简便、可重复性好,适合本品含量检测及质控,为齐墩果酸开发与利用提供理论依据。

An ultra fast liquid chromatography(UFLC) method was established for the determination of theoleanolic acid content in oleanolic acid adhesive preparations.The UFLC method was used. The chromatography conditions were as following: Onyx fabless C18 column(100 mm×4.6 mm), acetonitrile∶0.5% acetic acid(80:20) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The linear relationship of oleanolic acid was good in the range of 1 ~ 45 μg/mL(r = 0.999 2), the recoveries were 98.64% ~ 100.64%(n = 9), RSD<2%. The method was short in time, sensitive, simple and reproducible. It was suitable for the content detection and quality control of oleanolic acid, and provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of oleanolic acid.
