间氟溴苯的合成工艺研究

摘要 间氟溴苯是一种非常有应用价值的化学中间体,已广泛应用于医药、农药和液晶材料领域。以邻氟苯胺、硫酸、溴化试剂为原料反应获得2-氟-4-溴苯胺硫酸盐;2-氟-4-溴苯胺硫酸盐在催化剂和酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠、还原剂反应制备间氟溴苯。该工艺原料廉价易得,工艺操作简单,产率高,适用于工业化生产。 M-fluorobromobenzene is a very valuable chemical intermediate, which has been widely used in medicine, pesticides and liquid crystal materials. 2-fluoro-4-bromoaniline sulfate was obtained by reaction of o-fluoroaniline, sulfuric acid and bromination reagent;M-fluorobromobenzene was prepared by the reaction of 2-fluoro-4-bromoaniline sulfate with sodium nitrite and reductant under catalyst and acidic conditions. The raw materials of the process were cheap and easy to obtain, the process operation was simple, and the yield was high, which was extremely suitable for industrial production.
