Characteristics and Technical Response of Network Ideology in Web2.0 Era

伴随着互联网应用而产生的网络意识形态不仅继承了传统意识形态的基本属性,而且融入了互联网所独有的新特征。作为当前互联网的典型应用,Web2.0提供的信息交互、内容聚合、资源共享、开放连接等特性,使网络意识形态的形成与影响力得到快速扩展,同时也对主流意识形态话语体系的形成及意识形态安全带来了新的挑战。文章深入剖析了当前Web2.0时代网络意识形态的特征,针对网络意识形态安全治理需要,着力从技术层面提出了应对策略。

Along with the application of the Internet, the network ideology not only inherited the basic attributes of the traditional ideology, but also integrated into the unique new characteristics of the Internet. As a typical application of the current Internet, Web2.0 provides features such as information interaction, content aggregation, resource sharing and open connection, which make the formation and influence of network ideology rapidly expand. At the same time, it also brings new challenges to the formation of mainstream ideological discourse system and ideological security. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of network ideology in the current Web2.0 era, and puts forward countermeasures from the technical level in view of the security governance needs of network ideology.
