综合康复治疗颅脑外伤患者的效果观察

Effect observation of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with craniocerebral trauma

目的观察综合康复治疗颅脑外伤患者的临床效果。方法150例颅脑外伤患者,采用抽签分组方式分为参照组和治疗组,各75例。参照组患者实施常规治疗,治疗组患者在参照组基础上实施综合康复治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及神经功能缺损、昏迷指数、运动能力及生活自理能力评分。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分(10.01±1.33)分低于参照组的(12.63±2.15)分,昏迷指数评分(13.52±1.02)分、运动能力评分(68.55±6.35)分、生活自理能力评分(64.13±5.29)分均高于参照组的(10.12±1.26)、(60.13±5.47)、(56.79±6.54)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组优良率94.67%显著高于参照组的78.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑外伤患者实施综合康复治疗的效果显著,能有效改善患者脑组织功能、运动能力、生活自理能力,缓解患者临床症状,促进患者预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 150 patients with craniocerebral trauma were divided into reference group and treatment group by drawing lots,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional treatment,and patients in the treatment group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect and scores of neurological deficit,coma index,exercise ability and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,the neurological deficit score(10.01±1.33)points was lower than(12.63±2.15)points in the reference group;the score of coma index,exercise ability and self-care ability were(13.52±1.02),(68.55±6.35)and(64.13±5.29)points,which were higher than(10.12±1.26),(60.13±5.47)and(56.79±6.54)points in the reference group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 94.67%,which was significantly higher than 78.67%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has significant effect on patients with craniocerebral trauma,and can effectively improve the brain tissue function,motor ability,self-care ability,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
