呼吸功能训练指导对肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of respiratory function training guidance on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的分析呼吸功能训练指导对肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法60例肺癌化疗的患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规干预,试验组在对照组的基础上采取呼吸功能训练指导。比较两组患者恶心呕吐评分、肺功能指标评分、行为改变评分、生活质量评分、简式心境评分及医学应对方式评分。结果试验组患者恶心呕吐评分、肺功能指标评分及行为改变评分分别为(5.37±0.61)、(3.28±0.11)、(7.32±0.27)分,均高于对照组的(3.16±0.90)、(1.29±0.13)、(5.18±0.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量评分(7.52±1.15)分及医学应对方式评分(8.20±1.57)分高于对照组的(4.09±1.19)、(4.60±1.52)分,简式心境评分(4.05±0.13)分低于对照组的(7.42±0.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取呼吸功能训练指导对肺癌化疗患者效果的应用显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory function training guidance on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 cases of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,and the experimental group received respiratory function training guidance on the basis of the control group.The nausea and vomiting score,pulmonary function index score,behavior change score,quality of life score,abbreviated mood score and medical coping style score were compared between the two groups.Results The nausea and vomiting scores,pulmonary function index scores and behavioral change scores in the experimental group were(5.37±0.61),(3.28±0.11),and(7.32±0.27)points,which were higher than(3.16±0.90),(1.29±0.13),and(5.18±0.29)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score(7.52±1.15)points and the medical coping style score(8.20±1.57)points in the experimental group were higher than(4.09±1.19)and(4.60±1.52)points in the control group;the abbreviated mood score(4.05±0.13)points in the experimental group was lower than(7.42±0.20)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function training guidance has significant effect on patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
