重症发热伴血小板减少综合征诊治专家共识

Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome

自2010年以来,发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)发病率逐年增高。随着对SFTS诊疗能力的提高,我国SFTS整体病死率下降,但重症患者病死率仍较高。为提高对重症SFTS患者的临床救治能力,国家重大公共卫生事件医学中心组织专家,结合近十余年SFTS的基础与临床研究相关文献资料以及专家诊疗经验,讨论并形成本共识,为进一步提高重症SFTS的临床救治成功率提供指导性意见。

Since 2010, the incidence of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS) has been increased. Owing the prognoses in diagnosis and treatment, the overall mortality of SFTS in China has decreased, while the mortality in critical SFTS patients is still high. In order to provide principles and wording procedures for clinicians to diagnose and treat critical SFTS, the National Medical Center for Major Public Health Events organized experts to discuss and compile this consensus based on their experience and up-todate knowledge on SFTS.
