摘要
为研究桉木干燥速率的影响因素,基于正交试验,对桉木进行微波干燥处理,分析试材进干燥箱初含水率、微波辐射功率和干燥温度对干燥速率的影响。结果表明,微波处理后,桉木干燥速率明显提升。干燥温度、试材进干燥箱初含水率和辐射功率均对干燥速率产生影响,表现为干燥温度>试材进干燥箱初含水率>辐射功率,干燥温度影响最大。在本研究条件下,较佳的干燥工艺为干燥温度50℃,进干燥箱初含水率30%,辐射功率700 W。
In order to research influencing factors on drying rate of eucalypt wood,based on orthogonal test,microwave processing was made for eucalypt woods,and effects of initial moisture content of material into oven,radiation power and drying temperature on drying rate were analyzed.Results showed that drying rate of eucalypt wood after microwave processing increased significantly.Drying temperature,initial moisture content of material into oven and radiation power had effects on drying rate with order of drying temperature>initial moisture content of material into oven>radiation power.Drying temperature had the most significant effect.In this experimental condition,the better drying process was drying temperature 50℃,30%moisture content into oven and radiation power 700 W.
