木质素基乳化剂对艾草微胶囊的制备及性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以木质素磺酸钠为乳化剂,制备了一种以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为壁材单体,三乙醇胺为扩链剂,以艾草精油为芯材的环境友好的芳香微胶囊。优选用量为2 g的木质素磺酸钠作为乳化剂制备的艾草微胶囊,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪分别表征了芳香微胶囊的微观形貌,对比研究了不同乳化剂[苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)]对于微胶囊的影响。结果表明,木质素磺酸钠制备的微胶囊形貌更加规整。粒径分布分析(DLS)测试表明木质素磺酸钠微胶囊的D50粒径更大,但分布更窄。傅里叶红外光谱(FTIS)和紫外可见光光谱(UV-VIS)证明艾草精油被包裹在微胶囊中,木质素磺酸钠制备微胶囊包埋率可达84.20%。热重分析(TGA)显示木质素磺酸钠制备的艾草微胶囊明显提高了精油的耐热稳定性。相比以SMA为乳化剂制备的艾草微胶囊,木质素磺酸钠制备的微胶囊初始分解温度稍低(155.93℃),但第二段分解更为缓和。以木质素磺酸钠制备的艾草微胶囊应用于洗衣液中,通过感官评价,在洗涤晾干后放置72 h感官分值为3.82,120 h后感官分值为3.44,可实现香精长效缓释。木质素磺酸钠可以替代SMA作为用于艾草微胶囊制备的环境友好型乳化剂。 A new type of environment friendly fragrance microcapsule with sodium lignosulfonate as the emulsifier has been prepared with argy wormwood oil as core materials,and isophorone diisocyanate as wall material monomers,triethanola-mine as the chain extender.The suitable amount for the preparation of the microcapsules is 2 grams.Compared with mi-crocapsules prepared with styrene maleic anhydride(SMA)as the emulsifier,the chemical structure,surface morphology,theoretical loading capacity and heat resistance of the microcapsules have been analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),dynamic light scattering(DLS),ultraviolet spectrophotome-ter(UV-VIS)and thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA).Compared with microcapsules by using SMA,the results showed that spherical microcapsules with better morphology can be prepared by using sodium lignosulfonate,which also has a high loading capacity(84.2%).The average particle size of microcapsules with sodium lignosulfonate as emulsifiers are 5.341μm,slightly bigger than the average particle size of microcapsules with SMA,but with a narrower distribution.Results indicated that the argy wormwood oil encapsulated with sodium lignosulfonate as emulsifiers in the microcapsules began to volatilize at 155.93℃with a markedly improved heat resistance stability.In the laundry detergent test,the washed fabrics treated with microcapsules by using sodium lignosulfonate scored 3.52 after 72 hours of washing and drying,and 2.56 after 120 hours,which shows sustained-release properties.Environment friendly microcapsules can be prepared,when sodium lignosulfonate is used as emulsifiers.
