双渠道三级逆向供应链定价与协调策略

摘要 在考虑回收品存在质量差异和消费者存在渠道偏好的情况下,构建由回收商、再制造商和第三方拆解中心组成的双渠道三级逆向供应链模型。在拆解中心主导的前提下,利用Stackelberg博弈理论求得供应链各成员最优定价和利润情况,并加入成本共担机制对回收商和再制造商进行利润协调。数值分析结果表明,成本共担机制可以实现契约双方利润再分配及供应链整体的稳定可持续发展。 Considering the quality difference of recycled products and consumers ′ channel preference,a dual-channel,three-level reverse supply chain model is constructed,which is composed of recyclers,remanufacturers,and third-party disassembly centers.On the premise that recycling is dominated by the disassembly center,the Stackelberg game theory was used to obtain the optimal pricing and profit of each member of the supply chain,and the cost-sharing mechanism was also employed to coordinate the profits of recyclers and remanufacturers.The numerical analysis shows that the cost-sharing mechanism can not only realize the profit redistribution of both parties,but also the stable,sustainable development of the entire supply chain.
