摘要
本文提出了离子膜烧碱三效逆流降膜蒸发的增效技改方案,该方案节能降碳效果显著,有良好的经济效益和社会效益,对比分析了两种增效方案的技术特点和经济效果,研究了生蒸汽压力对技改项目的影响。
This paper presents an effect-addition technical innovation for three-effect counter-flow falling film caustic soda evaporation,It has significant effect on energy saving and carbon emission reduction.responding to the national policy for peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality.A comparative analysis of technical characteristics and economic effects was made for two effect-addition technical proposal,and steam pressure impact on investment was studied in this paper.
