原子吸收光谱法测定无汞催化剂中铜含量

Copper contents in non-mercury catalyst determination with atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 介绍了无汞催化剂的研究概况,样品用微波消解的办法进行前处理,然后用原子吸收光谱法测定无汞催化剂中铜含量。通过实验,确定了微波消解无汞催化剂的条件及原子吸收光谱仪的最佳工作条件。结果表明,该方法适合于聚氯乙烯行业无汞催化剂中铜含量的检测。 A brief introduction to the research status of mercury-free catalysts,the sample was pre-treated by microwave digestion,and then the copper content in the mercury-free catalyst was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Through experiments,the conditions of microwave digestion of mercury-free catalysts were determined,and the optimal working conditions of atomic absorption spectrometer were determined.The results show that this method is suitable for the detection of copper content in mercuryfree catalysts in PVC industry.
