摘要
PVC助剂行业产生的高氯废水COD不同检测方法之间存在差异。实验结果表明无氯离子影响时,快速消解法准确度最高,为98%。添加氯离子到10 000 mg/L,氯气校正法准确度为81%。方法校正实验以快速消解法为例,600 nm量程下,等体积添加不同浓度硫酸汞,理论计算8%硫酸汞溶液准确度在95%左右。硫酸汞浓度过高(24%)条件下,准确度在85%左右。
The COD of high chlorine wastewater produced by PVC additive industry is different with different detection methods.The experimental results showed that the rapid digestion method had the highest accuracy of 98% without the influence of chloride ion.The accuracy of chlorine correction method is 81% with the addition of chloride ion of 10 000 mg/L.Methods taking the rapid digestion method as an example,Under 600nm range,add mercury sulfate of different concentrations in equal volume,and the accuracy of theoretical calculation of 8% mercury sulfate solution is about 95%.When the concentration of mercury sulfate is too high(24%),the accuracy is about 85%.
