转译:主题装置类展品的设计反思——以上海天文馆主题装置类展品为例

Translation:Reflections on the Design of Scientific Art Installations——A Case Study of Scientific Art Installations at Shanghai Astronomy Museum

上海天文馆使用主题装置类展品的形式对科学原理进行阐释,突破了传统的科技类博物馆用机电装置再现科学原理的展示模式,是对科技场馆展品设计的一次新探索。以天文馆主题装置类展品为例,运用符号学方法分析装置类展品对科学内容进行“转译”的原理,并通过解析具体装置作品的设计制作过程,阐释展品对科学内容转译之“信达雅”。主题装置作为特殊的形式语言,可有效优化科学内容阐释方式,提升场馆艺术审美气质,并激发观众的探索欲与好奇心。

In the exhibition hall of Shanghai Astronomy Museum,scientific principles are explained in the form of Scientific art installations,which breaks through the traditional display mode of science and technology museums using electromechanical devices to reproduce scientific principles.It is a new exploration of the design of exhibits in science and technology venues.This paper uses semiotics method to analyze the principle of"translation"of scientific content by scientific art installation,and through the analysis of the design and production process of specific works,discusses the translation of scientific content by works of"faithfulness,expressiveness and elegance".As a special formal language,scientific art installations can effectively optimize the interpretation of scientific content,enhance the artistic aesthetic temperament of venues,and stimulate the audience’s desire for exploration and curiosity.
