“忆儿时:南方童乐会”特展满意度调查

A Study on Visitor Satisfaction of“KidsFest of 5 ASEAN Countries”Special Exhibition

通过问卷调查,了解观众是否满意“忆儿时:南方童乐会”特展的展示主题、单元呈现、对展示单元的喜好与参观经验。结果发现受访者对于参观氛围感到满意,也同意特展适合孩童与亲子参观,并能促进亲子互动。在主题内容传达上,受访者觉得以儿童角度介绍其他国家的知识是有趣的,可以帮助了解东南亚5国的文化,并进一步产生探索的兴趣。由此得知,以生活相关为文化展示的规划主题,确实能引起参观者的探索兴趣与共鸣。同时建议日后举办类似展览时,可增加具科技感的体验,让民众虚拟进入到该国度,增加临场感与趣味性。在假日可推出与展示单元相关的体验或竞赛,并提供具文化特色的奖品,让民众可以通过5感体验,以趣味的方式认识5国的童年文化,达到寓教于乐的交流效果。

KidFest for 5 ASEAN Countries"special exhibition was based on the perspectives of childhood cultures in five countries of Vietnam,Indonesia,Thailand,Cambodia,and Malaysia,displayed related toys,games,desserts,nursery rhymes,stories and clothing and different customs at different stages.Visitors can understand and explore the customs of the five countries and the scientific significance contained in them.Through a questionnaire survey,this research found out:the interviewees were satisfied with the visiting atmosphere and agreed that this special exhibition was suitable for children and families to visit,and can promote interaction among family members.In terms of thematic content,the respondents felt that it was interesting to introduce the knowledge of other countries from the perspective of children,which could help them understand the culture of the five southeast Asian countries and develop their interest in further exploring.From this,we can see that the planning theme of daily life-related cultural display can indeed arouse the exploration interest and resonance of the visitors.This article also recommended that technologies,such as AR or VR can be applied for visitors to have virtual onsite experience within these 5 ASEAN countries.Besides,during the holidays,experiential activities and competitions related to the exhibition topics can be held and winners of such can receive Southeast Asian snacks as prizes to add more interesting experience for cultural communication.
