Design and implementation of exchange and sharing in public resource transaction data

为推动公共资源交易数据从资源向要素转化,促进数据在全国范围有序流动,需设计合理的数据交换共享方案。结合公共资源交易数据业务特征,提出全国公共资源交易数据归集与交换共享的整体架构,以及不同来源数据的交换共享模式。解决了不同模式落地实现的难点,形成稳定的数据同步机制,并对区块链结合公共资源交易数据交换共享的创新模式进行了分析展望。

In order to promote the transformation of public resource transaction data from resources to elements,and facilitate the orderly flow of data,it is necessary to design a reasonable data exchange and sharing scheme.Combined with the business characteristics of public resource transaction data,the framework of collection,exchange and sharing in national public resource transaction data is proposed.The exchange and sharing mode of data from different sources is designed,the difficulties of different modes are solved,and a stable data synchronization mechanism is formed.The mode of data exchange and sharing of blockchain combined with public resource transaction is analyzed.
