摘要
探究EMS诱变对油茶种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为构建油茶突变体库及加强其种质资源创新打下基础。以油茶种子为材料,研究甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)不同浓度及诱变处理时间对油茶种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:EMS浓度较低,处理时间较短可提高油茶种子发芽率,促进幼苗生长;随EMS浓度的增加和处理时间的延长则降低油茶种子发芽率,抑制幼苗生长;以半致死浓度为标准,EMS处理油茶种子的最佳浓度和时间为4%、6 h。
To explore the effects of EMS mutantion on seed germination and seedling growth of Camellia oleifera, it lays a foundation for constructing Camellia oleifera mutant library and strengthening the innovation of its germplasm resources.Using Camellia oleifera seeds as materials, the effects of ethyl methanesuilfonate(EMS) on seed germination and seedling growth of Camellia oleifera were studied. The results showed that the lower EMS concentration and shorter treatment time can improve the germination rate of Camellia oleifera seeds and promote the growth of seedlings;With the increasing of EMS concentration and treatment time, the germination rate of Camellia oleifera seeds decreased and the growth of seedlings was inhibited. Taking the half lethal concentration as the standard, the optimum concentration and time of EMS treatment of Camellia oleifera seeds were 4% and 6 h.
