自贸港建设背景下海南火龙果“走出去”面临的困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of “Going Global” of Hainan Dragon Fruit under the Background of Free Trade Port Construction

中国特色自由贸易港建设背景下,海南热带农产品“走出去”具备明显政策与区位优势。面对海南火龙果产业出口份额少、外贸占比低等困境,如何挖掘产业“走出去”潜力,破解外贸滞后难题显得尤为重要。通过分析海南省火龙果产业发展与出口现状,总结出口贸易困境及潜在优势,提出政府需在引进出口服务企业、促进产学研融合以及完善出口配套服务等方面助力,推动火龙果企业实现产业链内分工协作、壮大创新人才队伍和发挥区域品牌效应。建议将火龙果产业作为海南热带特色农产品“走出去”样板,做大做强。

Under the background of the construction of free trade port with Chinese characteristics, Hainan tropical agricultural products “go global” with obvious policy and location advantages. In the face of Hainan dragon fruit industries’ export share was small, the proportion was low and other difficulties, how to explore the industries’ potential to go global and crack the problems of foreign trade lag were particularly important. By analyzing the development and export status of the dragon fruit industry in Hainan province, we summarize the export trade difficulties and potential advantages. This paper proposed that the government needs to introduce export service enterprises, promote the integration of industry, academia and research,improve export support services to promote dragon fruit enterprises to achieve the division of labor and collaboration within the industry chain, strengthen the innovation talent team and play the regional brand effect. The dragon fruit industry should be as template for Hainan’s tropical characteristics of agricultural products “go global” and become bigger and stronger.
