气象因子对火龙果品质影响分析及预测模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 探索影响火龙果品质关键气象因子,为开展火龙果气候品质认证和打造“气候好产品”提供科学依据。基于贵州火龙果主产区2020年3个批次的火龙果品质数据和气象数据,采用相关性分析等研究方法,分析火龙果不同物候期气象因子对品质的影响并构建了品质预测模型。结果表明:同一品质指标同时受多个气象因子影响,影响VC含量、总酸、可溶性固形物、蛋白质、可溶性糖和膳食纤维含量主要气象因子分别为平均气温日较差、开花期≥10℃活动积温、成熟期平均最高气温、成熟期平均气温、现蕾期降雨量和开花期的≥10℃活动积温;各个品质指标预测模型拟合系数在0.47~0.89,对VC、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量的预测效果较好。 In order to explore the key meteorological factors on the quality of pitaya, so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out climate quality certification of Pitaya, based on the quality data and meteorological data of three batches of Pitaya in the main production areas in Guizhou, the effects of meteorological factors in different phenological periods on the quality of Pitaya were analyzed by correlation analysis and other research methods, and the quality prediction model was constructed.The results showed that the same quality index was affected by multiple meteorological factors at the same time. The main meteorological factors affected the content of Vc, TA, TSS, Pr, SS and DF were the daily range of average temperature, active accumulated temperature≥10℃in FS, average maximum temperature in MS, average temperature in MS, precipitation at BS and active accumulated temperature≥10℃at FS;The fitting coefficient of each quality index prediction model was 0.47-0.89.The prediction model had better predictive effect on Vc, TSS and SS.
