髂前下棘椎弓根钉棒内固定结合后环骶髂螺钉对不稳定骨盆骨折患者骨折复位情况及术后功能的影响

Effects of anterior inferior spine pedicle screw rod internal fixation combined with posterior ring sacroiliac screws on fracture reduction and postoperative function in patients with unstable pelvic fractures

目的探讨分析髂前下棘椎弓根钉棒内固定结合后环骶髂螺钉对不稳定骨盆骨折患者骨折复位情况及术后功能的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月中国贵航集团302医院收治的82例不稳定骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组各41例。A组患者给予髂前下棘椎弓根钉棒内固定结合后环骶髂螺钉治疗,B组患者给予传统切开复位内固定治疗,比较两组患者手术及术后恢复情况、综合临床疗效及术后并发症发生情况。结果A组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及完全负重时间较B组患者显著降低(P<0.05);综合临床疗效优良率为95.12%,较B组患者78.05%显著提高(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率为4.88%,较B组患者24.39%显著降低(P<0.05)。结论髂前下棘椎弓根钉棒内固定结合后环骶髂螺钉治疗不稳定骨盆骨折患者可提高临床疗效,减轻对患者的创伤,缩短术后恢复的时间,改善患者术后功能,降低术后并发症发生,值得推广。

【Objective】To investigate and analyze the effect of anterior inferior spine pedicle screw rod internal fixation combined with posterior ring sacroiliac screws on fracture reduction and postoperative function of patients with unstable pelvic fractures.【Methods】A total of 82 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into group A and group B.Patients in group A were treated with anterior inferior spine pedicle screw rod internal fixation combined with posterior ring sacroiliac screws,and patients in group B were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The operation and postoperative recovery,comprehensive clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients were compared.【Results】The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and complete weight-bearing time of group A patients were significantly lower than those of group B patients(P<0.05).The excellent and good curative effect rate was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of group B,78.05%,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in group A(4.88%)than in group B(24.39%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Anterior inferior spine pedicle screw rod internal fixation combined with posterior ring sacroiliac screws in the treatment of patients with unstable pelvic fractures can improve clinical efficacy,reduce trauma to patients,shorten postoperative recovery time,improve postoperative function of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,it is worth promoting.
