工业现场设备互联互通问题分析及解决思路 被引量:1

摘要 信息技术与制造技术的深度融合推动智能制造、工业互联网快速发展,但目前工业领域普遍存在设备种类繁多、设备厂家多样、接口不同、通信协议多样等问题,从而导致设备间存在“信息孤岛”并不能有效地互联互通。从工业通信技术、工业现场设备集成技术、标准化工作3个层面总结工业现场设备互联互通技术现状,分析现场设备互联互通面临的问题,在此基础上提出综合OPC UA、信息模型、平台化网关设备等的互联互通解决思路,形成标准化、可复用互联互通解决方案。 The deep integration of information technology and manufacturing industry has promoted the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet.However,there are a number of problems in the industry,such as various types of equipment,various equipment manufacturers,different interfaces,and many communication protocols,which lead to the existence of unconnected“information islands”between equipment.Therefore,current status and problems of the interconnection and interworking of industrial field equipment are analyzed from three aspects:industrial communication,field devices integration,standardization.Then a standardized and reusable solution for the interconnection and interworking of industrial field equipment is proposed in which OPC UA,information model and gateway platform are integrated as a whole.
