信息通信行业支撑防范打击治理电信网络诈骗体系研究

Research on the system of preventing,combating and managing telecom network fraud in the information and communication industry

面对电信网络诈骗新特点和复杂形势,为有效防范打击电信网络诈骗,在全面梳理电信网络诈骗现状及技术特点的基础上,围绕“追踪溯源、线索发现、预警阻断”3项迫切技术需求,结合信息通信行业优势,提出了“2+3+2+2”反诈技术体系,并对行业技术反诈工作进行探讨。

Faced with the new characteristics and complex situation of telecom and network fraud,in order to effectively prevent and combat telecom and network fraud,on the basis of comprehensively sorting out the current situation and technical characteristics of telecom and network fraud,focusing on the three urgent technical needs of“tracking and tracing,finding clues,and early warning and blocking”,combined with the information and communication industry advantages,this paper puts forward the“2+3+2+2”anti-fraud technology system,and discusses the technical anti-fraud work in the information and communication industry.
