摘要
当前,我国大力推动社区教育事业的各项改革与创新发展,同时也呼吁各领域承担更多的社区教育职能。资源是一切工作开展的基底,融合是夯实基底的益举。各领域的教育资源服务于社区教育,具有内在可行性和外在需求性。开放大学作为承担社区教育功能的龙头单位,肩负着促成社区教育资源耦合、加快推进社区教育发展的时代使命。“耦合共同体”是开放大学与社会各领域的教育资源充分融入、共建共享、高频互动的具象载体,也是开放大学尝试为新时代社区教育资源融合开辟的一条兼具稳定与活力的新路径。
Presently, China vigorously promotes various reforms and innovative development of community education, and calls on various fields to assume more community education functions. Resources are the base for all work, and integration is the benefit of tamping the base. Educational resources in various fields serve community education, which has internal feasibility and external demand. As a leading unit undertaking the function of community education, open universities shoulder the mission of promoting the coupling of community education resources and accelerating the development of community education. "Coupled community" is a concrete carrier for the full integration, co construction, sharing and high-frequency interaction between open universities and educational resources in various fields of society. It is also a new path with stability and vitality that open universities try to open up for the integration of community educational resources in the new era.
