高校基层党建考核评价系统性思维运用分析

高校基层党组织是党的路线方针政策落实到学校基层的关键主体,是实现党对高校的全面领导,落实高校“立德树人”根本任务的关键载体,如何科学有效地开展考核评价,切实推进基层党建工作高质量发展,是高校党建工作中的重要课题。针对基层党建工作考核评价在体系、比重等方面存在的问题,提出系统性思维构建路径:明晰考核评价体系结构、建立动态考核指标体系、加大过程性考核分值权重、打造素质过硬的考评工作队伍、明确考核结果的运用机制和奖惩机制。

How to carry out assessment and evaluation scientifically and effectively and effectively promote the high-quality development of grass-roots party building is an important topic in the party building work in colleges and universities. In view of the problems existing in the system and proportion of the assessment and evaluation of grass-roots party building work, this paper puts forward a systematic thinking construction path: clarifying the assessment and evaluation system structure, establishing a dynamic assessment index system, increasing the process assessment score weight, building a high-quality assessment team, and clarifying the application mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism of the assessment results.
