摘要
禽呼肠孤病毒(Avian reovirus,ARV)是一种分节段的双股RNA病毒,属于呼肠孤病毒科(Reoviridae)正呼肠孤病毒属(Orthoreovirus),可感染多种禽类。近年来,该病毒引起的疾病发病率不断上升且出现了多样化的临床疾病形式,表明ARV的影响越来越大,给养禽业造成了严重的损失。因此,需要对ARV给予更多的关注,并在感染早期通过对该病毒的快速检测从而进行紧急监测以防止该病毒的传播。论文主要通过对大量国内外文献的检索对快速检测技术和方法的原理、应用情况以及各自的优缺点进行了分类和总结,希望能为禽呼肠孤病毒的检测方法研究提供参考。
Avian reovirus(ARV)is a segmented,double-stranded RNA virus belonging to the Orthoreovirus of Reoviridae,which infects a wide range of birds.In recent years,the increasing incidence of disease caused by the virus and the emergence of a variety of clinical disease forms indicate the increasing impact of ARV,which is causing serious losses to the poultry industry.Therefore,more attention needs to be paid to ARV and urgent surveillance is needed to prevent transmission of the virus through rapid detection of the virus in the early stages of infection.In this paper,the principle,application and advantages and disadvantages of rapid detection techniques and methods are classified and summarized by searching a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,hoping to provide reference for the study of detection methods of ARV.
