本文阐述了江苏省数字经济的发展现状,梳理了数字经济助力江苏省中小企业转型升级的现实条件,并从政企角度提出在数字经济时代可以通过改善数字化发展环境及维护数据安全、优化产业数字化方案、主动处理企业数字足迹等方式助推中小企业实现转型升级。

This paper expounds the development status of digital economy in Jiangsu Province,and combs out the practical conditions of promoting the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province by digital economy.From the perspective of government and enterprises,it proposes that in the digital economy era,small and medium-sized enterprises can be promoted to achieve the transformation and upgrading by improving the digital development environment and maintaining data security,optimizing industrial digitization schemes and actively handling the digital footprints of enterprises.
