为了改进目前传统绝缘操作棒应用条件有限、在特殊场合使用效果较差、结构不合理、功能单一、存在很大局限性等问题,通过深入研究传统绝缘操作棒的应用限制问题,本文对其结构加以改进,创新设计开发一种带有LED照明灯的创新型多功能实用绝缘操作棒,对于清理林间障碍物、驱赶野外动物等需求具有良好的效果,非常便于工作人员在恶劣环境下开展架空配电线路和开关柜体等配电网和配电设备的检修与维护工作。

In order to improve the problems such as limited application conditions,poor use effect in special occasions,unreasonable structure,single function and great limitations of the traditional insulated operating rod,through in-depth research on the application limitations of the traditional insulated operating rod,this paper improves its structure and innovatively designs and develops an innovative multifunctional and practical insulated operating rod with LED lighting,which has a good effect on demands of clearing obstacles in the forest and driving away wild animals,and which is very convenient for staff to carry out the overhaul and maintenance of overhead distribution lines,switch cabinets and other power distribution networks and power distribution equipments in harsh environments.
