摘要
本文探讨了以对硝基苯酚、光气为原料,引入少量催化剂参与的氯甲酸对硝基苯酯合成反应,从不同温度、不同溶剂、不同催化剂选择、不同催化剂用量等方面,优化了合成工艺,并指出在优化条件下,目的产物的含量、收率、产率都达到极高效果,该工艺操作方便,后处理简单,适合工业化生产。
This paper discusses the synthesis of p-nitrophenyl chloroformate with p-nitrophenol and phosgene as raw materials and a small amount of catalyst,and optimizes the synthesis process from different temperatures,different solvents,different catalyst selections,different catalyst dosages,etc.It points out that under the optimized conditions,the content,yield and yield of the objective product are all very high,the process is easy to operate,the post-treatment is simple,and it is suitable for industrial production.
