对高校图书馆科研用户画像并据此开展精准知识服务是当前图书馆自身能力和服务水平提升的迫切任务。文章在分析科研用户知识需求的特点并综述用户画像研究成果的基础上,提出一种基于网络大数据的高校图书馆科研用户画像构建模式。针对科研用户画像的现实需求,阐述了以社交网络分析和语义计算方法为基础的网络大数据应用对于科研用户画像的契合性,并从“大数据抽取与融合”“用户画像模型构建”“用户画像应用与服务”三个层面讨论了高校图书馆科研用户画像模式构建框架和构建方法。结合社交网络分析理论、语义网理论和开源分布式计算平台的高校图书馆科研用户画像模式能有效应对当前高校图书馆科研用户画像面临的挑战,为科研用户画像落地提供理论支撑。

Profiling research users in university libraries and providing accurate knowledge services accordingly is an urgent task for libraries to improve their own capacity and services.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of knowledge needs of research users and reviewing the research results of user portraits,the article proposes a model for constructing research user portraits in university libraries based on big data.In order to meet the needs of research user portraits,the article illustrates the suitability of big data applications based on social network analysis and semantic computing methods for research user portraits.The article discusses the framework and methods of constructing research user portrait models in university libraries from three perspectives:"big data extraction and fusion","user portrait model construction",and"user portrait application and service".The university library research user portrait model integrates social network analysis theory,semantic web theory and open source distributed computing platform,which can effectively address the current challenges faced by university library research user portraits and provide theoretical support for the implementation of research user portraits.
