大足石刻北山保护长廊营建史考

Research on the Construction History of Dazu Rock Carvings North Mountain Protection Corridor

大足石刻北山摩崖造像始凿于唐景福元年,自唐迄明香火繁盛,明末因战乱逐渐颓败,清嘉庆时已人迹罕至,至民国末年,许多造像都隐没于荒烟蔓草之间。近代以来,营造学社学贤和大足石刻考察团等学者团体或个人对大足石刻的考察研究,促使其价值被深入发掘和广泛认知,也推动了其保护工作的开展。1952年大足石刻北山保护长廊修建工程,是北山摩崖造像乃至大足石刻保护史上的重要转折点。文章回顾了古代和近代对北山摩崖造像的研究,系统梳理了北山保护长廊营建的缘起及其特点,通过不同时期对石窟价值认知差异的分析,探讨价值认知与北山摩崖造像保护方法与策略的关系。

The Dazu Rock Carvings North Mountain cliff statues were constructed in the first year of Jingfu in the Tang Dynasty. From Tang to Ming Dynasties, the religious activities here were very prosperous At the end of the Ming Dynasty, it gradually declined due to war and by the end of the Republic of China, many statues were buried among weeds. Since modern times, the study and research of Dazu Rock Carvings by scholars groups or individuals, such as scholars of the Society of Construction and the investigation group of Dazu Rock Carvings, promoted its value to be deeply explored and widely recognized, and also advanced the development of its protection. The construction of protection corridor for Dazu Rock Carvings North Mountain cliff statues in 1952 was an important turning point in the conservation history of the North Mountain cliff statues and for Dazu Rock Carvings in general. This paper reviews the ancient and modern research on the North Mountain cliff statues, systematically combs the origin and characteristics of the construction of the North Mountain protection corridor, analyzes the differences in the value cognition and protection strategies of the grottoes in different periods, and discusses the relationship between value cognition and the protection methods and strategies of North Mountain cliff statues.
