“四位一体”实验室安全培训课程在药学专业学生实验室安全教育中的实践

Practice of four-in-one laboratory safety training course in laboratory safety education for pharmaceutical students

安全是实验室工作的首要条件。大部分的实验室安全事故都是由于安全培训不规范、不深入、不全面造成的。针对药学专业学生的实验室安全培训,在传统的实验室安全讲座的基础上,完善了实验教学的标准操作流程,建设了覆盖面更广的网络培训课程,引入了针对危险实验的虚拟仿真技术,形成了“四位一体”的实验室安全培训课程。经过近3年的实践,进入实验室的学生安全意识有了极大的提升,实验操作更加注重安全和规范,在提高了实验效率的同时未发生一起安全事故。

Safety is the primary requirement of laboratory work.Most of the laboratory safety accidents are caused by nonstandardized,inaccurate and incomplete safety training.For the laboratory safety training of pharmacy students,based on the traditional laboratory safety lectures,we have improved the standard operation procedures of laboratory teaching,built an online training course with broader coverage,and introduced virtual simulation technology for dangerous experiments,forming a“four-in-one”laboratory safety training course.After nearly three years of practice,the safety awareness of students entering the laboratory has been greatly improved,and the experimental operations have become more safety-oriented and standardized,and no safety accident has occurred while improving the efficiency of experiments.
