我国信息化建设和工业互联网发展迅速,在国际竞争和合作的大势下,网络技术的运用日益深入,网络人才需求迅速增长,人才需求开始变得多元化.成都航院网络技术专业建立了一套新的培养机制,总结学生特点和发展方向,制定了武警军士生、“9+3”少数民族学生、高考普招生等个性化培养方案,输出了多元化的人才,满足了不同层次的人才需求.

Rapid progress in the field of information construction and industrial Internet in the macro-context of international competition and cooperation have become a catalyst for the in-depth application of network technology,which in turn drastically boosts the diversified demand of network talents.A new training mechanism has been established in the network technology major of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic.Based on a comprehensive analysis of student characteristics and their development direction of each major,personalized training programs for each major such as the armed police sergeant students,"9+3"ethnic minority students and students enrolled via college entrance examination are formulated.Diversified talents are cultivated and the demand for talented graduates of different levels is catered for.
