真菌致敏性哮喘临床特征及发病机制研究进展

Advances in the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of fungal sensitized asthma

真菌致敏性哮喘是过敏性哮喘的常见类型之一。真菌较其他过敏原有着更为复杂的致病机制,部分真菌致敏有导致重症哮喘的倾向。近几年国内外相关研究较多,现就其临床特点、分子免疫学机制、基因易感性、治疗及管理等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Fungal sensitized asthma is a common allergic asthma.Fungi have more complex pathogenic mechanism than other allergens,and some of them have the tendency to cause severe asthma.In recent years,there are a lot of related research at home and abroad.This article reviews the research progress in clinical characteristics,molecular immunological mechanism,gene susceptibility,treatment,and management of fungal sensitized asthma.
