摘要
酸性气田集输系统材质的选择对于气田安全平稳运行具有重要意义。依托合深4先导实验区含硫气田集输项目,分析硫化氢腐蚀管道机理,对标国内外抗硫化氢腐蚀应力开裂管道选择标准,以经济性、安全性、实用性为原则提出酸性环境的选材基本方案,降低了含硫天然气集输工程管材方面的风险,为同类气田开发提供了选材参考和经验。
The selection of the material for the gathering and transmission system of sulfur-containing natural gas field is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of gas field. Taking the gathering and transmission project of sulfur-containing natural gas fields in the Heshen 4 Pilot Test Area as an example,the mechanism of the hydrogen sulfide corrosion pipeline is analyzed. This paper puts forward the basic scheme of material selection for acid environment based on the principles of economy,safety and practicality, in comparison with the selection standards of antihydrogen sulfide corrosion stress cracking pipelines in domestic and foreign countries,which reduces the risks of pipeline materials for sour natural gas gathering and transmission projects,and provides reference and experience for the development of similar gas fields.
