摘要 长庆油气管道的建设与运行存在管理风险高、安全管控难度大两大特征。通过系统分析生态环境脆弱、地质灾害频发、腐蚀严重等管控难点,针对性地给出了油气管道的智能化探索实践建设思路,结合黄土塬地区管道的实际情况,应用了以管道泄漏报警定位系统、穿跨越视频监控系统、全自动水面溢油监测系统、腐蚀监测系统、管道应力监测系统、管道光缆振动预警在线监测、智能设备巡线为主的七项技术,完善了管道完整性管理信息系统,达到了数据库精准化、数据模型与管理流程规范化、系统分析降低人工依赖度的三大目标,为油气田管道的安全运行提供了重要技术支持。 The construction and operation of Changqing oil and gas pipelines have two major charac-teristics.One is high management risks,the other is difficult safety management and control.Through systematic analysis of management and control difficulties such as fragile ecological environment,fre-quent geological disasters,and severe corrosion,the specific idea of intelligent exploration and practice construction of oil and gas pipelines are given.Combining with the actual situation of pipelines in the loess plateau area,seven technologies including pipeline leakage alarm positioning system,crossing vid-eo monitoring system,automatic water surface oil spill monitoring system,corrosion monitoring sys-tem,pipeline stress monitoring system,pipeline fiber optic cable vibration early warning online moni-toring,and intelligent equipment line inspection are applied,and the pipeline integrity management information system is improved.The three goals of database accuracy,data model and management process standardization,and system analysis to reduce manual dependence are achieved,which pro-vides important technical support for the safe operation of oil and gas field pipelines.
