大庆油田伴生气系统优化完善措施探讨 被引量:4

摘要 随着油田开发不断深入,地面设施建设不断优化,大庆油田伴生气系统已具备基本完善的集、调气管网系统。针对“十四五”期间,大庆油田仍存在伴生气处理装置和集气管网不够完善、产耗气不均衡和零散气放空等问题,结合实际情况,梳理了伴生气系统管网建设现状及存在问题,提出了完善集气、调气管网,立足区域“多集气”的具体措施,如完善集气工艺、提高管网调气能力、增加管网输气能力、完善伴生气处理工艺等。同时明确了下一步的工作思路:针对喇萨杏地区北部、中部地区调气能力不足问题,持续完善集气、调气系统;提高外围油田提升宋芳屯调压站上、下游管网输气能力;持续探索外围油田零散气回收治理技术。上述措施和思路可为大庆油田伴生气系统不断优化完善提供指导意见。 With the deepening development of the oilfield,and the continuous improvement of surface facilities,the associated gas system in Daqing Oilfield has been equipped with a basically complete gas gathering and regulating pipe network system. In view of the problems of imperfect associated gas treatment devices and gas gathering pipe network,unbalanced gas production and consumption,and scattered gas venting in Daqing Oilfields during “the 14th Five Year Plan Period”,combining with the actual situation of Daqing Oilfield,this paper sorts out the current situation and existing problems of the pipe network construction of the associated gas system. Specific measures are put forward including improving the gas gathering and regulating pipe network,and "multi-gas gathering" based on the regional condition,such as improving the gas gathering process,improving the gas regulation capacity of the pipe network,increasing the gas transmission capacity of the pipe network,and improving the associated gas treatment process. At the same time,the work ideas that should be carried out in the next step are clarified. Aiming at the shortage of gas regulating capacity in northern and central areas of the LaSaXing region,the system of gas gathering and regulating should be continuously improved. The gas transmission capacity of the upstream and downstream pipe network of the Songfangtun Pressure Regulating Station should be improved in the peripheral oilfields,and the scattered gas recovery and treatment technology of the peripheral oilfields should be continuously explored. The above measures and ideas can provide guidance for the continuous optimization and improvement of the associated gas system in Daqing Oilfield.
